The Retreat:
Gareth's in-person retreat involves various energy transmissions including Darshan, Shakti, and the Supramental Force. These transmissions are given during various silent sittings and sessions accompanied by music.
Gareth is a channel for these Divine energies and gives them through different modes, including touching the top of the head, the third eye, the upper chest, and various other parts of the body. Even just sitting in the room, you will feel these energies. The energy is immensely potent, exuding power and encompassing all aspects of one's being. What makes them extraordinary is that they originate directly from the Divine Mother.
These energies cascade down like a radiant blanket of light, enveloping both the facilitator and the recipients. During the Intensive, Gareth sits in a chair during meditation, sending out the transmissions; he also moves around the participants, his hands gently touching the recipient's head or shoulders, establishing an immediate connection.
The gaze during Darshan, looking into the recipient's eyes, opens a direct portal for the energy to flow seamlessly into their souls. There are no barriers, distractions, or blockages; the energy moves through, unobstructed, like a river flowing through an open gate.

Thursday, April 9th Arrive at Malaga Airport before 2:00 pm. On arrival at the centre, dinner will be supplied and welcome talk & meditation in the evening.

Intensive 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Accommodation:
We have shared & single occupancy bedrooms in various dwellings built using locally sourced materials.
There are 6 stone buildings built in traditional Alpujjaran style. Fully furnished tipis and canvas bell tents are available from June to October, The stone buildings also have comfortable communal spaces with fully working kitchens.
The WIFI internet connection can be used in the main house where one can enjoy a book from our library and socialise with the other guests. Each dwelling has various bathrooms (shower, basin & flush loo) and we have additional composting loos.
The original home-catering kitchen is situated in the main farmhouse, where we have a large dining area with stunning views down the valley to The Mediterranean Sea. We now have a second kitchen and dining room where guestscan be seated again with beautiful views down the valley.
Accommodation
The accommodation is finished to a high standard with private rooms, couples double rooms and shared male and female room options available.
Shared rooms will be allocated by gender and we will allocate rooms to participants (you are not responsible for finding someone to share your room with).

This event will be limited to 35 participants, so please book your spot early to avoid disappointment. Those attending more days will take preference.
This is one hour forty five minutes from Malaga airport. We have a mini bus departing Malaga Airport on the April 9th at 2:00 pm local time. Please aim to arrive before this time. There is a bus scheduled to return on the 17th of April. Please bring cash for this service. It’s roughly €20-€25 each way. If your times do not align with the bus scheduled you may have to rent and car or a taxi.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: flights, airport transfers.
WiFi and Cell Phones: There will not be WiFi available in your room and it is recommended that you turn off your cell phone for the duration of the retreat.
Scents To prevent the discomfort of others, please ensure you do not wear strong scents during your stay.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, warm layers, rain jacket, sun protection, Slippers or indoor shoes (no shoes in indoor spaces)
Flashlight, Water bottle, Bathing suit if you wish to swim in the pool or swimming pond
Pool towel (bath towels will be provided by the retreat center)
Ear plugs, if needed
Toiletries including body wash, shampoo & conditioner
Any medication that you take

Our retreats often fill up months in advance, meaning you are holding a space that someone else could have attended. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but recently, we've experienced a high volume of last-minute cancellations. This creates several challenges:
⦁ Lost Opportunities for Others: When someone cancels close to the retreat date, it's often too late for someone on the waiting list or someone else who wanted to attend to make arrangements. This "held" space becomes unavailable, disappointing those who missed the initial booking opportunity.
⦁ Administrative Strain: Cancellations necessitate significant changes to room assignments, catering, and invoicing, adding extra work for our team.
⦁ Financial Impact: We often pre-pay venue costs and other expenses based on confirmed bookings, and late cancellations have a financial impact.
⦁ As a reminder €240 of your payment is Non-Refundable if you decide to cancel.
