Gareth's in-person retreat involves various energy transmissions including Darshan, Shaktipat, and the Supramental Force. These transmissions are given during various silent sittings and sessions accompanied by music.
Gareth is a channel for these Divine energies and gives them through different modes, including touching the top of the head, the third eye, the upper chest, and various other parts of the body. Even just sitting in the room, you will feel these energies. The energy is immensely potent, exuding power and encompassing all aspects of one's being. What makes them extraordinary is that they originate directly from the Divine Mother.
