Refund Policy
True Spiritual Awakening Refund Policy
All Online Course Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable. Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted for any technical reason such as bandwidth issues, loading issues, etc…. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, via the support email address stated in the Online Course details, if you are having any trouble.
In case you have made extra payments for the same course (the same course bought multiple times), a refund will be issued upon request.
If purchasing items through the Site, refund policies, if any, shall be posted on the purchase page(s). If no provision for refunds is explicitly stated, then there shall be no refunds for the product or service after purchase.
Booking Deposits for Live In Person Retreats.
*Booking deposits for all live events / retreats are non-refundable.
*If an event is cancelled due to an imposed travel ban, 100% of your payment can be used as credit towards future events of your choosing.
*No refund or credit on the full payment is given if you cancel within 21 days of a live retreat / event or if you leave an event early. In the unlikely event that you are asked to leave a retreat / event early, you are entitled to a prorated refund (the full cost of the immersion minus a 20% deposit and the cost of room and board for the duration of your stay).
Refund Policy for Online Monthly Subscriptions
This Refund Policy governs the purchase and cancellation of online monthly subscriptions offered by True Spiritual Awakening Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
No Refunds: All payments for online monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, partial-month subscriptions, cancellations before the end of the billing cycle, or cancellations due to dissatisfaction with the service.
Reasons for Non-Refundability: Our online monthly subscriptions provide ongoing access to valuable content and services. The nature of these subscriptions requires upfront investment in resources and infrastructure to ensure service delivery. Therefore, issuing refunds would negatively impact our ability to provide this service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of your subscription fee. Your access to the service will cease at the end of your current billing cycle.
Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You will be billed on the same day each month.
Changes to This Policy: We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated policy on our website.
Cancellations for 1-2-1 private online sessions with Gareth.
Refunds for Cancellations:
* We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1-2-1 session, you are eligible for a refund provided you give at least 48 hours' notice from the scheduled session start time.
* To request a refund, please contact us directly info@truespiritualawakening.eu
* Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any credit card processing fees incurred by us. This fee is typically 2.9% + 0.30] of the transaction value.
No Refunds for No-Shows or Late Cancellations:
* If you do not attend your scheduled 1-2-1 session, or if you provide less than 48 hours' notice for cancellation, the session will be considered a no-show.
* No refunds will be issued for no-show sessions.
* These sessions are also non-transferable to a future date and cannot be rescheduled. This policy is in place because your booking reserves a specific time slot exclusively for you, and late cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other clients.
Rescheduling:
* If you wish to reschedule your session and are within the 48-hour notice period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
* If you are within the 48-hour window and we can successfully fill your original slot with another client, we may be able to offer a reschedule or partial refund as a courtesy, at our discretion.

* Your full name
* The date and time of the session
