Mini Group Awakening Sessions with Gareth

These mini group sessions allow Gareth to continue to serve and help those looking to work alongside him. Gareth's one to one sessions have become very in demand recently often being booked up weeks in advance. This group has been set up to allow Gareth to continue to work closely with individuals and to give them a more intimate setting in which they can ask personal questions and still receive the powerful awakening transmission delivered in one to one sessions.

These mini group sessions are for the serious student who is completely invested in awakening to their fullest. This group may-be ideal for those already working with Gareth via one to one sessions, for those who attend his intensives or weekly meditations online or for those who just find it difficult booking private sessions due to there being no availability.

Gareth is only interested in working with those who are completely invested in their own spiritual development, those who will turn up each week and be held accountable for their spiritual practice or sadhana. Gareth will work with the group providing exercises such as mantra, pranayama, meditation.

During these group sessions there will be a dedicated 20 minute questions and answers to start with, Gareth will answer any questions you have with regards to your awakening process. There will be a 90 minute meditation which will include a group transmission of Divine Light to facilitate the awakening of consciousness followed by either Shaktipat or the Sat Force, to end there will be a 10 minute sharing period.
